This notice explains what Degree Choice collects, why we use it and when it may be shared.

Information we collect

We collect your study preferences, country, intended intake, contact details and advertising attribution data such as campaign, keyword and Google click identifiers.

How we use it

We use this information to assess potential university options, contact you about your enquiry, measure advertising performance and improve lead quality. We do not use your details to guarantee admission, scholarships, visas or employment.

Admissions partners

With your explicit consent, we may share your information with an admissions processing partner, initially Right Step, to support counselling, documentation, applications and university-led visa processes. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed for admissions follow-up, reporting, legal obligations and advertising attribution. Access should be limited to authorised people and service providers.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw from future contact, by emailing privacy@degree-choice.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Advertising data

Campaign and click identifiers may be used to report qualified, application, offer, deposit and enrolment outcomes back to advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal information.
